Marie-Pierre has over 20 years of experience in marketing, market positioning and communications strategy. Before co-founding Kairos, she held senior positions at Marketel (McCann), Laurentian Bank and Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where she was also a member of the Grant Thornton network's international MARK-COMM committee.

Since launching Kairos, Marie-Pierre has worked closely with clients in the professional and financial services, media, real estate and fintech sectors. Her primary goal: to inspire and work closely with leaders to create a lasting impact within their organizations. Going the extra mile is her motto.

She excels in creating marketing strategies, brand positioning, customer experience and impactful communication. Pragmatic and curious by nature, Marie-Pierre loves to bring a new perspective and simplify what seems complex at first glance. Her studies in psychology and marketing research have caught up with her: she continually seeks to better understand consumer behaviors and market trends, and to integrate these dimensions into all of her missions.

Known for her contagious energy and passion for sharing her expertise, Marie-Pierre has been coaching ambitious young entrepreneurs for over seven years through Montreal Inc., in addition to giving conferences and workshops.

Stéphane Gagnon

After completing his Master's degree in Marketing, Stéphane's career path evolved in two stages: leading teams in corporate settings, and then running his own company. First, he climbed the corporate ladder and led transformations in large corporations for over 20 years at Laidlaw, Microcell (Fido), the National Bank, and finally at the Laurentian Bank, where he was Senior Vice President of Marketing and Product Management.

Calling on his entrepreneurial spirit, the second chapter of Stéphane's career took place at the head of Kairos, which he co-founded with Marie-Pierre. His mission: accompany leaders and help them make the best strategic decisions possible, while inspiring the fine talents joining Kairos.

Throughout his career, Stéphane has primarily focused on projects involving an in-depth analysis of clients and markets, the development of robust and differentiated visions, the ability to transform a great idea into a clear and executable plan, and has orchestrated several significant transformations, including numerous technology projects. He accompanies clients working in the telecommunications, financial services, professional services, media and air transportation industries, among others. A quick thinker, Stéphane loves to navigate complex business issues and bring pragmatic and effective solutions that deliver results.

Clémence Webster-Marcil

With more than ten years of experience in communications and marketing, Clémence has positioned herself as a valuable ally in managing various strategic projects.

With a thirst for knowledge, she does not hesitate to step out of her comfort zone and push her limits.

Her career path began with Team Spectra (Evenko / Molson Group). As a communications coordinator and then as press agent, she forged solid ties that helped local and international artists shine at two of North America's biggest music festivals.

Her calling to event production led her to the independent media outlets Index-design and Infopresse. It is at Ædifica, as Head of Communications, that her career took a turn towards strategic consulting and organizational development.

More recently, at Centraide, within the national office of the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign, Clémence distinguished herself by her ability to propose concrete and fruitful strategies, in addition to accompanying teams in the achievement of their objectives.

At Kairos, Clémence brings a wealth of transdisciplinary skills and expertise. In addition, her dynamic personality and interpersonal skills allow her to easily integrate into work teams and respond to clients' needs.

Chloé has more than 25 years of practice in change management and communication strategies working with large Quebec companies operating in various industries, including Cascades, Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), Cirque du Soleil and Ivanhoé Cambridge. Holder of a master's degree in communication from Université de Montréal, she recently continued to perfect her knowledge in organizational development through HEC Montreal’s graduate program.

In 2018, she launched into the world of consulting by setting up her own small business to support leaders through digital transformations and major changes.

Recognized for her professionalism, adaptability and creative solutions, Chloé knows how to put in place winning conditions to boost engagement and adoption, and provide coherence to teams navigating within the context of a transformation, with a constant concern for employee experience. She quickly identifies the needs of her clients, providing clarity in complex situations, and carrying out the projects entrusted to her successfully, in a climate of trust and respect.

In her free time, Chloé loves spending time in nature or traveling with her family, and in the company of her faithful Lilou, an adorable Australian shepherd. She also sits on the board of directors of CECI, an international cooperation organization which aims to combat poverty, exclusion and inequalities.

A graduate in Marketing from the John Molson School of Business, Philippe has diversified professional experience in the financial services and consulting sectors, as well as social media management.

Eager to tackle new challenges and to continually expand his skill set, Philippe has been involved in a multitude of internal and external communications, branding and social media strategy projects during his time at Laurentian Bank and consulting firm Richter. Passionate about social media since 2009, Philippe has put his extensive knowledge of social media to good use at ICUC as a content specialist. At this member company of the Dentsu Aegis Network, he was entrusted with monitoring, moderating and managing interactions with more than two million followers of the Canadian Tire retail chain's Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and TikTok pages, as well as seven of its sub-brands.

With a penchant for variety and recognized for his attention to detail, he supports the entire Kairos team in the execution of projects, from the research and analysis stages to the execution of strategies and projects. He is someone you can count on at all times!

Florence has spent the last 8 years evolving in academia where she completed a Master's (University of Montreal) and a Doctorate degree (University College Dublin) in History. She has strong analytical and writing skills and is a seasoned researcher. Her training as a historian allows her to analyze a situation with the necessary perspective while emphasizing the importance of a particular context. She enjoys intellectual challenges and has a thirst for knowledge. Florence always puts people at the center of her reflections and is highly empathetic.

Her experience in academia has also allowed her to be involved in all kinds of collaborative projects (conferences, publishing of scientific journals, research projects) during which she has discovered a real passion for coordination, process optimization and teamwork. When faced with a problem, Florence likes to find solutions that will simplify everyone's work.

Finally, she takes social responsibility very seriously and has been involved for over four years with the online magazine HistoireEngagée.ca, for which she manages the publication of a host of articles that offer a historical reading of the current issues that shake our society.

Christine is a determined marketing manager with over 15 years of experience. Throughout her career, in both the Middle East and in Montreal, she had the opportunity to develop marketing strategies for consumer goods companies (Clarins) and service companies (Richter, Yahoo!, Young & Rubicam). Her particular interest in digital marketing and digital campaign management led her to recently complete a Master's degree in E-Commerce Management at HEC Montréal.

Christine's background allows her to understand the different challenges that businesses face and to adapt to changing markets. With strong analytical and management skills, she excels at carrying out marketing strategies that exceed expectations while increasing consumers’ brand loyalty. Strategic and innovative, she is recognized for her ability to promote brand awareness and product performance.

With a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, she has spent most of her career at Dialekta, a digital media agency. This background has allowed her to work with a wide variety of clients working in different industries and to be confronted with problems of all kinds. Driven by the desire to have a positive impact on the companies she supports, she recently decided to take a greater interest in the strategic issues of organizations.

Curious and resourceful, she does not hesitate to adopt a hands-on approach and dig deep to find the most relevant and effective solutions for her clients. She loves to deconstruct complex problems in order to make them understandable for everyone, and then translate everything into concrete and applicable action strategies.

Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from HEC Montréal and a Master's degree in Innovation Management from Polytechnique Montréal, Gabriel has more than 7 years of experience in strategic marketing.

Before joining Kairos, he worked for almost 5 years at Cohesion Strategies, a consulting firm specializing in brand strategies / strategic positioning. During this period, he collaborated closely with several organizations located in Quebec, Canada and internationally. He actively contributed to the development of strategies for various brands – both with consumer product companies (Gen V, St-Ambroise, Cheval Blanc, McAdam) and service companies and organizations (Héma-Québec, Autorité des marchés financiers, Dairy Farmers of Canada, EVOQ Architecture, PCL Construction, Resolian).

Curious and rigorous, Gabriel adopts an exhaustive approach to understand in depth the specific realities of clients. For any project, he uses his analytical skills to generate insights and identify opportunities. Imaginative, he is committed to the storytelling approach and the development of business narratives.
